Aberdeen FC Community Trust is delighted to welcome back the smoking cessation and physical activity programme Stop, Quit and Be Fit!

The free 12-week rolling programme at Pittodrie Stadium starts on Monday 9th January, 6.30pm-8pm for males and Tuesday 10th, 6.30pm-8pm January for females who are aged 18+ that currently smoke.

Individuals are welcome to join at any stage during the programme.

Over the 12-week period participants will receive different techniques on how to stop smoking, as well as taking part in different physical activities delivered by AFCCT.

What's more, participants will get a sneak-peak behind the scenes at Pittodrie!

After the last block of stop smoking sessions a fantastic 60% of the group managed to give up the habit and one participant managed to lose a staggering 2.5 stone in weight through the physical activity sessions and now "feels better than ever".
