Many thanks to the SPFL Trust and Sodexo Prestige for a fantastic meal for our ‘Footy Tea’ participants and residents from Kingswood Courts!

Yesterday afternoon 40 AFCCT participants from Seaton School and Kingswood Day Centre enjoyed an intergenerational Christmas Meal together at Pittodrie.

Aberdeen FC Community Trust work in partnership with AFC, Sodexo Prestige and Aberdeen Sports Village to provide an after-school programme, ‘Footy Tea’ for p5-p7 pupils from Seaton Primary School.

One Footy Tea participant commented, “The older people are so interesting and told me a lot about the war which helped because we are doing a project at school!”

Kingswood Court offers day care for individuals and sheltered residence.

A resident at Kingswood added, “I love Aberdeen FC, I’ve been coming to matches for over 60 years and can’t believe I’m here for Christmas dinner!”
